Goals

My Weight Loss Plan and Goals

1. Drink water- lots of it. Drink a glass before every meal, and try to drink it when I'm tempted to snack.
2. Instead of eating a snack after Micah goes to bed, as I usually do, instead drink a mug of hot chocolate or apple cider.
3. No desserts except on Sundays!
4. One soda a week(if any at all!)
5. Cook/eat at home at least monday-friday
6. Eat oatmeal 5 mornings a week at least.
7. Go for walks as much as possible (try for once a day)
8. Instead of eating when bored/upset, try painting or cooking.

  1. Oatmeal five times a week sounds pretty depressing (I don't like oatmeal) but the other goals are great!
